Hilary and Marc are serving with SIM in Benin, West Africa, together with their 3 children Simon, Benjy and Eve. Hilary is working to translate the Old Testament into the Monkolé language. Marc works to support the local church community. Hilary spent her teenage years in Yeovil and is the daughter of former Rector of St Johns, Richard Inwood.

Dr Ruth Hulser

Ruth serves with CMS in Tanzania, East Africa. She works as a doctor at a medical centre, and with the “Familia Moja” project working to provide housing and support for those whose families can’t support them.

Muyunda Simangolwa

Muyunda is a Zambian former “street kid” who was helped by the Street Kids project in Kitwe, which was suported by St John’s. He is now studying for the ministry in Malawi South East Africa. His wife and family remain in Zambia.
