Information for difficult times

All ‘in-person’ services and other activities have been cancelled in St John’s and St Andrew’s Churches for the duration of the November lockdown. Our 10.30am Sunday service is live streamed each week on our YouTube channel, see link below

St John’s

Sunday at 10:30 For the period of the November lockdown, our services will be streamed live on YouTube, and can also be watched as a video after the service. See our channel: YouTube
Tuesday at 10:30 Cancelled for the duration of the November lockdown.
2nd and 4th Sunday at 3pm These children and family service /  junior church sessions have been cancelled for the duration of the November lockdown.
Junior church in the Schoolrooms. Please contact the church office for more details.

St Andrew’s

First and third Sunday at 3pm Cancelled for the duration of the November lockdown.

 

St John’s opening times during the week

St John’s is now open for the normal hours during the week for private prayer:

Monday to Friday: 10am to 3pm

Saturday: 10am to 1pm

Social distancing must be observed and please do not use the cordoned off areas. Hand sanitiser is available as you come in.

Midweek Groups:

All ‘in-person’ midweek groups are suspended for the duration of the November lockdown, but various groups are still meeting via Zoom or in other imaginative ways. These include our youth (on a Friday evening), our fellowship groups (on Tuesdays or Wednesdays) and our monthly parish prayer meeting (zoom on the 1st Wednesday of the month. Contact us if you would like to take part)). Footprints parent and toddler group also have some on-line sessions to take part in.

Please do make good use of our Website and Facebook page, where you will find information, activity resources, Sixes and Sevens newsletterrecorded sermons, etc.

Pastoral Care:

If you have any need for pastoral care, a request for prayer, or if you have any questions, you can contact the church office on 01935 427745, or via email, see the contact us page for details. We will ensure that you are put in touch with the right person. We also encourage you to pray with each other by phone.
